Did you LEAP out of bed today?
Did you BEND down to pet your dog?
Did you JUMP in your car?
Did you PULL weeds out of your garden all weekend?

And you don’t call yourself an athlete?

Activities of our daily lives require movement, even if you sit in front of a computer!!! When even the simplest movement become uncomfortable to do, the body adapts to allow you to continue the movement. Meanwhile more energy is required and pain creeps in to protect you from further injury. Its no wonder you become fatiqued. So listen to your body, take a break ! 60 seconds to stretch your legs, back or hands is sufficient. Just do it!! And get a massage,remembering a massage doesn’t have to be an hour and a half either. I often apply massage to an “area of complaint” for a little as 15 minutes with healing results.
